Refund policy

We want you to love your Stay Golden Collection piece. Eligible unworn, unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery and must be in their original condition and packaging.

Final Sale

Earrings, made-to-order pieces, custom or personalized items, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please review sizing, metal, personalization and other selections carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate an eligible return or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.  We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Stay Golden Collection is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
