Shipping

Orders ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Complimentary standard shipping is offered on orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be provided. Stay Golden Collection is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been transferred.

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once shipped.

Returns

We offer refunds or or exchange on eligible pieces within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition and packaging.

Custom, engraved, and permanent jewelry pieces are final sale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Stay Golden Collection reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Care

Our pieces are crafted from solid 14k gold and designed for everyday wear.

While durable, fine jewelry is not indestructible. Normal wear, subtle changes in finish, and the effects of daily life are not considered defects.

We recommend removing your jewelry during high-impact activities to preserve its longevity.

Repairs

We’re happy to assist with repairs when possible.

Repair services may incur a fee depending on the nature of the damage.

Permanent jewelry includes complimentary reattachment when the original chain is returned.

If needed, your piece can be removed by cutting the chain and reattached at a later time.

By purchasing permanent jewelry, you acknowledge that wear and tear over time is normal and not considered a defect.

Lost or Stolen Items

Stay Golden Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Due to the nature of our process, orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
