When will my order ship?

Most pieces ship within 3-5 business days. Made-to-order or customized pieces may take a bit longer. Timeline will always be noted on the product page.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes--complimentary shipping is offered on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States. If you're located elsewhere, feel free to reach out--we're happy to explore options.

Returns & Repairs

What is your return policy?

We offer returns or exchange on eligible pieces within 10 days of delivery. Item must be unworn and in original condition.

Custom, engraved, made-to-order, and permanent jewelry pieces are final sale.

If you're unsure about a piece before purchasing, we're always happy to guide you!

Do you replace lost jewelry?

Because our pieces are solid gold and made to last, we do not offer replacements for lost items. However, we're always happy to help you find something new you'll love just as much.

Materials & Quality

What is your jewelry made of?

All Stay Golden jewelry pieces are crafted from solid 14k gold--never gold-filled or plated. This means your jewelry is designed to be worn every day, for years to come.

Can I wear my jewelry every day?

Yes. Our pieces are made for daily wear. That said, while solid gold is a durable, it isn't indestructible--taking care during high-impact activities will help preserve your piece.

Will my gold change color?

Solid 14k gold will not tarnish, but over time it may naturally soften in tone depending on wear and exposure. This is part of what makes it yours.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend using a soft measuring tape, a string that can be measured, or the measurement of a currently loved piece for the most accurate fit.

What if I'm unsure about sizing?

Reach out! We're happy to guide you or make a recommendation based on the piece you're considering.

Do you offer custom jewerly?

Yes, we love bringing meaningful pieces to life. Reach out to start a custom design.

Can I add engraving?

Select pieces are available for engraving. If you have something specific in mind, we're always happy to explore options with you.

Permanent Jewelry

What is permanent jewelry?

Permanent jewelry is custom-fit and welded seamlessly, creating a clasp-free piece designed to be worn every day.

How do I get permanent jewelry from Stay Golden Collection?

You can book an appointment or private party at our studio in Grandview/Upper Arlington or schedule a private event (AKA a Golden Hour) where we come to you. 

Can I remove my piece if needed?

Yes. Your piece can be removed at any time, and we offer a complimentary reattachment.

If needed, it can be gently cut at the small connecting ring using scissors or pliers. Simply keep your chain in a safe place, and we’ll happily reattach it whenever you’re ready.

What materials do you use?

We use solid 14k gold only—never gold-filled or plated. Our pieces are designed to be lived in, every day.

Do you offer repairs or adjustments?

Yes. We offer a complimentary adjustment or reattachment for all pieces.

What if my chain breaks?

While our pieces are designed for everyday wear, they are not indestructible. If your piece breaks within 30 days of purchase, we’re happy to offer a replacement.

After that, we’re always here to help assess the best next step. We offer a complimentary reattachment and can guide you through repair options if needed.

Do you offer permanent jewelry outside of Columbus, OH?

We love helping you celebrate your special moments and are available to travel.  Please reach out to us and we can discuss your specific event!
